A real person, day or night
Call at three in the morning on a holiday and the line is answered. That is the point of a 24-hour number rather than an answering machine that promises Monday.
No charge for the call or the connection
You will not be billed by this site, ever. The call is free, the connection is free, and the price of the job is a matter for you and the contractor you choose.
Local, and licensed for the work
The connection goes to a licensed, insured independent contractor working in the Southaven area rather than to a call centre two states away. Confirm the license and the insurance yourself before anyone starts — it is your right and your responsibility.
One call fixes a bad match
If the contractor you were connected to does not show, does not call back, or simply is not the right fit, call this number again and ask to be connected to someone else. There is no limit on that and no charge for it.
Where these commitments stop
What this page does not do is guarantee the work itself. The contractors are independent; this site neither performs the work nor warrants it. Any workmanship guarantee comes from the contractor you hire, in writing, and it is worth asking for one.
