Two ways to reach us
The details that help most on a first call are the ZIP, the pest, the room or yard where it was seen, the time of day and whether it was after rain. A photograph of the pest beside a coin is also useful, and a caller who has kept wings or insects in a dry envelope should say so.
For a swarm check, say when the wings were found and how many nights they have appeared. For a termite question, say whether there are tubes or soft wood. For a commercial site, say what the business does, how many rooms or units it has and when it closes.
